The New Me

I got a hair cut.

Like, a real hair cut.  I don’t think I’ve had my hair this short ever.  I love it!  I figured I better get something short that can grow for a while and not be too long since I have no clue what hair places will be like in Costa Rica.  So, here it is.  This is right after it was cut.  It might never look this way again.  We’ll see.

It is obvious from the shab hairdo that Cailyn has that someone else probably needs a hair cut.  I won’t give in there.  I want hers to grow long.  Clips are a must these days!

So, that’s the new me.

  1. Very cute! Your mom said you had a new haircut, so I was very curious. I’m glad you put a picture on your blog! You’ll love being able to fix it fast, but you’ll miss ponytails!

  2. I really like the new hair do! Like the others said, you’ll like being able to fix it fast. But windy days are worse on short hair cause you can’t just put it up in a ponytail. But the new hair cut really looks good on you!!

  3. Oh. My. Word.
Your haircut is FABULOUS!!! I love it! Yay for you–isn’t getting a haircut the greatest thing??

Cailyn couldn’t be more adorable. I miss you. I can’t believe you’re leaving so soon! It will be amazing. Love you all and am always praying!!

  4. Will we be able to get an address for you guys while you are in Costa Rica? We are supposed to start sending our support. Do we send it to you or the church?
    Nice haircut…you both look adorable.

  5. The haircut looks GREAT! One thing that I found really helpful when getting my haircut here is taking in a few pictures with me… of myself that is with my hair like I wanted it cut again. Seems to have worked so far (fingers crossed 🙂 Hopefully it’ll be as cheap for you as it is for me here… I go to the nicest salon in town and it’s only $10 for my haircut and style… gotta love that 🙂
